how much did you get it for?

i want to start playing again... i miss it.

My sister bought me an acoustic guitar last year, I guess I should try to learn how to play too. New Year's resolution YES. Would it help that I am a pro at Rock Band? haha probably not.

Nice guitar collection, VastHorizon!
Far too lazy to seek pictures for my collection, but here's my collection.
I've got a Squier P-Bass, '03 Fender Mexican Stratocaster, 2004 Epiphone Black Beauty with three gold pickups, two Seagull acoustic M6 Gloss models, one tuned regularly with a Fishman pickup, the other with no pickup with Nashville tuning, a jumbo body Guild 12-string, and a 2007 Fender Highway One American Telecaster. I tend to gravitate most towards my three acoustics and my Tele.

I would sell my soul for that guitar in wine-red with a white pickguard.

Mine's three-colour sunburst, and I actually took the pickguard off... got some gorgeous dents on the thing (which, frankly, I consider personality), and I use one of the grooves that carries the wiring from one pickup to the other to rest my pinky... helps me a lot, especially for getting those pinch harmonics I love so much.

There are tons of acoustics on Kijiji and Craigslist. You just have to look.

The Yamaha F-series guitars are, in my humble opinion, the best "bang for the buck" acoustics. They sell for around 150 - 200 used and they sound good, really good, for the money.

Infinity says thanks to VastHorizon for this post.

That would actually be awesome! My sister's learning it too, but I just thought it would be too late/not enough time to do that, so having others around would be great encouragement!

I'd be up for a macinsiders jam/group lessons! I just started playing about a year and a half ago - could teach some simple songs, and I'd love to learn techniques from other people!
