There's actually a free group that does it in Hamilton. I've seen them while I'm with clients at that park and it looks like a lot of fun!
oncession on the Mountain Laughter Yoga Club
Classes every second and fourth Tuesday from 7 - 8pm, at Sam Lawrence Park,
west of Upper Wellington (Jolley Cut) on Concession St.
We will meet on the west side of the driveway into the parking lot.
Bring a water, blanket or chair for our laughter/relaxation meditation
under the trees on the brow in the sun on a beautiful summer's eve.
