SOOOO
i have a problem.
im really annoyed
my neigbhours are done their exams and they are SO loud
i can hear their conversations and their laughter and i have an exam tomorrow morning
im trying to sleep
ive told the CA and ive gone to talk to them myself
and like
im SO pissed off
id really like to get some sleep
what do i do?
they've never abided by the quiet hours during exam time OR even during the year im honestly sick of it
what did they say when you went to talk to them? shouldn't the CA take over in this case?

I'm a CA. Talk to one of us.
If it doesn't work or we're asleep or something, talk to another one of us.

The CA or CAs on coverage? They must do something about it, they're supposed to be monitoring quiet hours as well.

both.
all they did was talk to them and then they quieted down for maybe 2 minutes tops then got loud again
then i went and talked to them and still nothing
the CAs always know about this whether on coverage or off because im always complaining about it and yet they still dont do anything
and if its really their job to monitor quiet hours
they're doing a SHIT job
