Move In Day
Hey Maruders! I was wondering how move in day works, like what do i have to do when i arrive do i immediately have to go somewhere to get my mac pass, also how do i get the food i paid for. is anyone gonna help me move in? do i actually have to arrive during my move in time, which is 12-4, or can i move my stuff in earlier? also i will be close enough to home that i can g home every weekend, so what would i need to bring? thanks so much for ur help!

You should arrive DURING your move-in time if at all possible, otherwise you mess up the system they've got going. There will be a bajillion signs and people directing you where to go, and there will be people who will move up all non-breakable items to your room. I believe the food you paid for is a group dinner so you'll go down with your residence and the reps at dinnertime.

You should bring whatever you think you need to comfortably live there. If you forget something you can always bring it later, but take advantage of the people helping to move stuff up and bring most of your stuff that day. You also might not even want to go home every weekend, so keep that in mind.

Move-in is always pretty well organized, so don't worry too much about the details. Really, you should just focus on packing
