I am on the verge of getting another panic attack, this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I don't know what to do, who to call , who to email. Im in the faculty of science. If someone has been in the same situation as me , please tell me what i can do.

One thing you did not address, which is very important: Is this a deferred exam or a summer school exam?
If it's deferred from April, then you're out of luck - you get a zero on the exam.
If it's for summer school, then you should fill out the form to defer. It should be on the faculty's website. Anecdotally, they allow a "freebie" where you can defer for stupid things like getting the time wrong or oversleeping. As you might have gathered from my statement above,
you cannot miss a deferred exam for any reason, so if your request is granted, make sure you develop better study and sleeping habits in the future.
