Dwight as acting manager was one of the funniest episodes in my opinion. I could not stop laughing XD

I also read that Lieberstein stated they've had a strong leniency to internal candidates and have been really considering Jim, Dwight, or Andy as Regional Manager. I'd prefer Jim Carrey's character, but that accent would be so hard for him to keep up throughout the whole show.

Knowing Jim Carrey, he could probably do it. I really liked James Spader's interview though, it was hilarious. And it's easy to see his character being as outrageous as Michael
I feel that the show will not be the same without Michael Scott. He DEFINES The Office. HIs character alone can carry the show.
I read an interesting interview with the guy that plays Jim... John! He said that back then they were planning an Office spin off.. but he feels that since Michael left, it IS the spin off... What do you guys think?
