I have a question about the EASIF form (External Agency Student Information Form)
It asks for information on the "program of study & degree" i am taking....What is the "end date (month/year)" and the "# of units" for the "Science - B.Sc program"?

I'm assuming the end date would be the year you intend on graduating; so April 2011.

As for the credits, you'd have to check the course calendar, as I think it varies from specialization to specializaton.

You can do it by going on MUSGI/SOLAR and checking your balance owing.

This is what I have:

CURRENT BALANCE 0.00
LOAN BALANCE 0.00
RECEIVED FOR NEXT ACADEMIC SESSION -4345.24

From what I take it, that means they have recieved my payment, and I do not owe anything. I see it as being that way because my balance (ie what I owe) is $0.00.

Haha. Yep. I only need 9 credits to graduate, and I'm taking an online one through another school, thus I don't owe too much.

For first year students, I think the last line in the Account Statement (the negative amount) should be the sum of your entrance scholarship, your residence deposit and actual amount you had to pay according to the Payment Agreement.

The negative value is for accounting purposes. Since classes haven't begun yet but you've already paid, the school accounts the money as an expense. For most universities and colleges, they don't considered tuition paid by the student as revenue until classes begin (a service is performed). So in theory, the negative amount means the school actually owes you the money =P
