Well, my parents have enough money to pay the balace forward. I barely pay at all from my own pocket for my first year. I want to use the scholarship to pay my books and other accesories I will need.

Not every student gets that entrance scholarship! So don't poo-poo it's worth! Also, if you can keep the necessary average, you can use it in later years as well.

when I called in I was told that I had to select my scolarship on the payment agreement as one of your payment methods...but then why would we have to check it off, they should just deduct the amount :s

Once you select the McMaster scholarship on the Payment Agreement it does come off the total, so really it isn't all that complicated.

Yup, it is quite simple, only requires 1 click to check it off as a payment choice and you're done.

if you get a Queen elizabeth scholarship, do you have the choice of using it for books/supplies? cause osap and the mac scholarship pretty much took care of my first installment.

I think you can use the Queen Elizabeth scholarship for anything you want. Did you find out already if you got that scholarship?

It's reconmended you keep it just incase you have a problem.

Let's say you pay and something happens (my computer knowlege is limited, bear with me here). The next time you access the payment agreement is says you didn't. If you call up the Financial Services office, give them your confirmation number it should show you paid.

Ok so I'm not doing the OSAP thing but I did recieve an entrance award. I deducted the award from the payment agreement, so is it now that I pay? My method of payment is online banking and I'm choosing to pay the full amount. How do I proceed to pay and when is the deadline?

okay, i have an outside scholarship as well as the mcmaster one. now i know i have to check off the box or whatever for the mac one to be taken off of our total. now the money from the other scholarship hasn't been put into my tuition yet. i'm doing the installment plans, so can it be put in after aug. 15th and so it'll be taken off the total for january? or after i confirm it, is it done, can i not touch it anymore?
