yea 11.4 is pretty high. But getting this scholarship in first year is quite the achievement.

You guys already found out if you got the senate scholarship? Last year I only got it in February.

I think typically they give it out in July. I got it in february as well but this was after a 2nd review where they awarded it to people with above 10.2 and with no other scholarships at that time.

so are all the scholarships out then?? I had a high Seasonal CA (~11) and didnt get anything...how come? (i'm going into my third year)

That's very strange, maybe they are still giving them out. What faculty are you in?

I can't imagine the Senate scholarship cutoff would be >11.

Established in 1981, and resulting from the bequest of Dr. H.L. Hooker. Awarded for overall academic excellence (Sessional Average of at least 9.5) to students in undergraduate programs, with the exception of those in their graduating session and those retaining scholarships of $1,000 or greater. Each year quotas are established for each Faculty and other academic units in proportion to the number of full-time undergraduate students who obtain a Sessional Average of 9.5 or greater.

I'm getting my QEII scholarship renewed this year, and it exceeds $1000.....so I guess that means I can't this scholarship, right? Seems kinda unfair considering I met the requirements......

That's weird, I had another scholarship (less than 800) but higher than 10.2 sessional last year. Got nothing else at review.
