I got this message too:
"Based on your current Registration and Payment Agreement status, you are not eligible to use SOLAR at this time. SOLAR will be available to you as of AUG 13 2008"
I don't get it. You said "clearing the fees" was just confirming the PA? |

I think its a problem with SOLAR. A girl on mac's facebook group PAID her tuitition and was told she was "not eligible to use SOLAR at this time" and that "SOLAR will be available to as of AUG 13 2008" |

Hi everyone!
I can't find the exact date on the Registrar's website, but I believe that if you didn't complete the payment agreement by July 29 ish then SOLAR will re-open for you on Wednesday. :(

Well in that case, I'm just going to say I did not pay $15,000.00 a year to attend a university with a crappy server. |

Got in on time, tried to change my courses. Ended up with one of those schedules where some courses were available, others were full. Four scheduling conflicts. I pressed apply, however, with the hope that tomorrow's 45 minute period will give me a second chance to look over it and find out if I can make it work.

EXCEPT I confirmed it many many times this is just the latest one. i think this is why solar is not letting me in

I first confirmed mine BEFORE July 29.
But I confirmed it again on the first week of August because the McMaster Scholarships were on my PA.
So that's probably why I'm not eligible.. right? |
