I wrote informally. It wasn't a conversation type though.

It seems that's what a lot of people did. And it's definitely a change for the admissions from all the formal ones. Congrats!

Well, it was hard to be written formally as all the questions were personal, involving the word "I" lol.

just one more note:
I think it's the best to focus on one activity you did rather than multiple things.. if you look at jordan's, he's focused on too many things, I think. You do not need to list your ECs in the essay. They are not interested in how many amazing ECs you have done..

i don't know if that's necessarily right...im going into 1st year health sci this year and i just had a look at my supplemental and i mentioned quite a few things that i did and that are important to me, especially for the question about understanding yourself as a "whole person". So i wouldnt focus on just one thing, unless that is what the question asks.
That doesnt mean that you have to be an amazing student leader with hundreds of volunteer hours or a star athlete, just write about things that are important to you, dont try to give a 'textbook' answer, just be honest and be yourself.

I think focusing less on your achievements, and more on your personality/learning style would be a better strategy.

Almost everyone who applies has some sort of achievement to their name.

oh man Life Science to Health Sci... its pretty hard to get in! You really got to work hard and Life Science aint all that easy like most people say. Some courses can kill you. I wish I had taken health science in the first place. My high school advisor said life science is better and he was wrong! Its just one of those regrets you have in life.

Patelp- My guidance counsellor said the same thing! For me on the other hand, I actually enjoy problem solving, and the learning style in Health Sci.. So maybe next year we'll have better luck to those who intend to apply

No one knows! Maybe one day we'll finally get a clue about these criteria

Thanks for all the help again, everyone.
