I love how it goes from extreamly busy at 11:30 to literally being able to get on no problem at 12:30... I guess alot of people have given up..

It is... I can't remember if it started at 3:30 or at 4:30 though... Maybe the reset doesn't even exist anymore, I don't remember seeing a notice anywhere about it this year. But I do remember it in first and second year.

It's not opening up for me either.. :S
does anyone know if it'll open up at 8:30am or is it just going to re-open in August again?

Yeah, that's true for SOLAR. I somehow got kicked out of MUGSI, but I can't go back on due to all the slots being full. ><
