Each class in psychology is considered a tutorial because the lectures are on video and the classes are run by an undergraduate TA. Therefore there is no "official" tutorial, you just attend the class you've been slotted.

MDCL 1116
11:30 - 12:20
**** CONFLICT ****
SOCIOL 1A06 T47

its like that for both terms.. and my womans studies doesn't appear at all ..

Sorry this is a little confusing. Are we able to put an "E O W" lab on top of another "E O W" lab? Say we have a bio/chem lab... both "E O W" ... but on the same day/time. Will that automatically work itself out to be split up so you have 1 of the labs for 1 week and the other for the next?

It should work because, if I'm not mistaken, you can choose which week you want to make each lab. So you can have them opposite weeks since they're both EOW.

laffand; your problem seems to have been the same as others; you're slotted for two tutorials for soc in the same spot.

and yes, Kevin you are right.

out of curiosity...when you were all picking courses did you try and see if any of your courses conflicted in the first place?

Is it just me, or are the timetables down again? ~_~

I'm getting the "You do not have access to view the Personal Timetable" message again..

I actually spent an hour or so planning a 'dream' schedule from the master timetable database before SOLAR opened to make sure my classes ran conflict-free because that's what I thought we were suppose to do :x

Thanks a lot for the answer .

And wow... I had only 2 conflicts and I pretty much had to change my entire timetable :(. I managed to squeeze everything in together (not that I had much of a choice!). I really hope it doesn't cause too much of a problem.

Everytime I fixed something, another course needed to be adjusted... /slaps head. I REALLY hope I can get all the changes I made on August 7th ... or I think i'll be screwed.

(By the way I have no idea if the tables are down again. After they worked I just left the screen on and copied all the info down, sorry)

Kenneth, I did the same thing as you, only my never ended up working for me (until now) and I wasted like 9 or 19 hours over 3 days trying to do it.

lol try T-13 to the Student Centre, I work in T-13 over the summer and walking to MUSC each day for lunch takes a good chunk of time!

I think the worst is having two lectures back to back and needing to ask the prof a question in the first lecture... but there is a line up of students after class trying to get to the professor. You can't wait because you'll be late to your second lecture... but the prof's office hours are too many days away and the question can't wait that long. Do you wait and get the answer but embarrass yourself walking into your second class late (a class with no back door to slip in through)? Or do you get to your next class on time and miss out on the question?
