in the "acion required" spot on my timetable, it says:

MMEDIA 1A03 1D Tutorial to be selected by student
MMEDIA 1B03 2E Tutorial to be assigned by administrator

I loked these up on the timetable search, and the tutorials for these classes are still TBA. does anyone know if they will be announced before solar re-opens? after? I just want to know ahead of time what i'm going to choose so i don't have to deal with time slots filling up...

Hi Naimaa,

Three lectures in a row is manageable, and in first year, it's common. Just look at it this way: three lectures in a row will free up your other days! I just wouldn't enjoy three lectures in a row and then a three hour chemistry lab right after!

Three lectures in a row is actually very good because you get to go home early. I would kill for 3-lectures in the row and go home at noon I wouldn't say so for labs though. Usually a space before the lab gives you time to review or prepare.

Chris, we have no idea. This is a brand new system this year. It would be logical for it to be up Tuesday...but we don't know.

And yes, three hours of class in a row is sweet! Thus why I love upper year classes!

I'm trying to fix my conflicts on my schedule and find other classes available but on the master timetable, why does it have 3 days in place? For example,
C17 Mo We 11:3012:202 PC/151 Fr 13:3014:202

if i choose this does it mean i'll have class just the monday and wednesday at 11;30 .. what does the friday mean?

I don't see why you would need to change anything if there's no conflicts. The only way would be if you don't like the schedule that you've got right now.

is it usually really hard to switch into a different time slot for a class? do they usually fill fairly quickly?

Regarding time table changes... I don't have any conflicts in my schedule, but I realized I needed to change a course... except that it's only offered in second semester. Am I able to move my courses around so that I can switch some to another semester? On some days I have 8 classes and others only 2... seems a bit unbalanced.

I'm guessing not because SOLAR is still saying it's unavailable and it's 12:17
