You can pay with your Student Card as a credit card. I think there is a 1500 line of credit. Interest is accumulated at the end of every month.

hey is it really a big deal if I use the 2nd edition of Biological Science Vol.2 for Bio 1M03 instead of the required 3rd edition? Will I really not be able to succeed/follow the class?

I believe they also wait until the end of the next month to start charging you interest. For example if you purchased books on your card on September 9th they'd give you until October 31st to pay them back and after that they'd charge interest on your balance.

I'm not 100% on that but I recall it working that way last year when I bought books.

Since the order date is listed as the 26th of June this year is it safe to say we'll be using that book for Chemistry in 2009/2010?

Precisely what I wanted to know
I wanted to see how much they were changing
If James Stewart released a new book in 2008 (if, I'm not sure, just working with hypotheticals) was the Math department going with that one or sticking with the 2007 one?

There are several editions of his books and I wanted to see if I could try and gauge whether they were requiring the latest copy he published or whether they would use the same text perhaps 2 years in a row.

Oh, it's a nightmare my dear. Even if you wanted to buy a used book, sometimes a professor uses a book that was published the year of your class.

I'm thinking about checking out course outlines, sometimes the professor puts what book they're using, so check that out and see if you find anything. =D

It's for the summer course. They may change it for fall/winter.
