Heck, I'm all for K-Os, I guess I'll be sending a few E-mails to Christina and hoping we get him next year.

They were actually pretty entertaining when they opened for Katy Perry at the Molson Amphitheater a couple weeks back. I didn't really know any of their other songs but they had a good energy and people seemed to enjoy them. I did recognize their one song from the radio but had no idea who Stereos until I saw them that night.
I'd like to see Hawksley Workman, and for Bedouin Soundclash to come back.

1) MGMT (not Canadian, but hey, they're amazing!)
2) Bloc Party (again, not Canadian,....but didn't they play in TO a year or so back?)
^Now THAT would be a concert, and then some.

It could have happened a year or two ago, but he's gotten too popular recently for him to still be affordable

I think those bands are playing at SocSci faculty night. Also the big concerts are on the 8th and on the 12th. I also thought that faculty night events are off campus so having them at faculty hollow also doesn't make sense

Soc Sci Faculty night is in fact on campus. We would rather spend more time doing cool stuff than carting students around on a bus to other locations! It will be pretty epic.

Someone was asking about if we had Sam Roberts - we did, my first year.
The concert was supposed to start at 9pm but he didnt show up till something like 11:48. we were all pretty pissed (the acts before him weren't awesome)
And as for metric, my friends that went to see it said they were so cracked out they sounded like crap and stopped the show early because someone was heckling them.
Now Bedouin soundclash - they were freakin' awesome. Someone was being a douche ( i dont remember how... playing with the power?) and they did a big speech about how frat boys won't get anywhere in life being douches. it was awesome. And their music was so good!!
