Sounds about right.
Should be noted though, that 'happiness' and 'stress' are completely independent of pay grade. So some of the best paying jobs are probably more difficult / stressful than some of the lesser paying jobs.
EDIT: Assuming Aerospace Engineering is the equivalent of Mac's Engineering Physics that is...then it sounds about right.

Their whole economy is different(see public health care, excessive capitalism) so I'm not so sure.

Their teachers are paid something like half of what they are here, too.
So no, I don't think you can just convert the price in dollars because we are so different on a societal level.

Interesting... not surprising though, I suppose. I know I'll end up with 30-45 bucks an hour, which might be surprising to other people since I'm in humanities. Don't judge a book by it's cover I guess.

no you can't. The entire econmoy runs differently. Like doctors and such make more than Canadian doctors sincec the states have privated health care which allows them to make millions. If you want canadian salaries you'll have to do some digging.

Soo are you implying other degree programs don't require hard work?

Awesome. Exactly why I plan on moving to the states.
It seems like if you're an engineer or in some area of commerce you're good to go, eh.

I'm surprised that Economics is all the way up there. I might just do a minor in it now. :p
