Email Student Accounts and Cashiers ( [email protected] ster.ca). They will send you a cheque within 2 weeks.
Side note: According to their website, “refund cheques are mailed to the "Mailing/Local Address" during the school year, and to the "Permanent Address" afterward. Please ensure these addresses are up to date in MUGSI / My Profile / Address Depot.... If urgent, type REFUND in the subject line. We will try our best to make these refunds our priority. “
Hope that helps!

That's right. They automatically send you a cheque at the end of every term. If you want your money sooner, email Student Accounts and Cashiers (see post above )

Cool, I got an acceptable amount - it just gets rid of the rest of my tuition I had to pay myself this year.

Does anyone know if this means they will not mail it to a non-local address? To save myself hassle of address changes, all my addresses are still at home. I wouldnt think it would matter, since all mail in Canada is the same cost, but the wording makes me think otherwise.

One thing I've learned over the years is that any amount of free money is an acceptable amount :p

I'm pretty sure they will mail it to wherever your address is in MUGSI, as long as it's in Canada (?).
What do you consider local? Like only within Hamilton? Because I always have my mail sent to my permanent address in Mississauga, and it always gets there.
