I didn't see any changes with any "Away" or "Roaming" when I was out in the Haldimand/Cayuga area a few weeks ago, but I was just texting so I wasn't getting charged extra.

so i tested out Chatr on my iPhone around campus today. works like a charm at Les Prince and even the basements. signal is usually 5 bars with occasional drops in elevators but that's about it. lol all they have to do is work on data now

Chatr definitely isn't going to offer data unless Wind and Mobilicity get some nice smartphones. The Bold on Wind doesn't seem to be popular enough to convince Rogers they need to compete with it.
