Dance, Fitness, Yoga classes at Mac
Has anyone taken any of these classes?

Ballet - Beginner
  • Any specific outfit or shoes required for this class?
  • How difficult is the class?
  • Do you feel like you learned a lot of actual technique or is it more of a "just for fun" class?

Yoga - Beginner
  • Opinions on the class?

Fitness Bootcamp or Total Body Conditioning
  • Which class would you recommend?
  • How big are class sizes?

The site says:
The Pulse Fitness Centre Rules & Regulations
"A full shirt with sleeves must be worn. Halter tops, tank tops or half shirts are not permitted. Sleeveless unitards must be covered by a T-shirt."

Is this just for the Pulse? or is that generally the rule for classes too?

Thanks in advance.
