This is why I'm glad I have the door codes to the staff room, I always have a quiet place to study and a private washroom. :p

I'm sorry but someone made a good point. How are you on MacInsiders yet complaining about non-school related computer use and claiming you don't have a computer (or is it just laptop?)...
I know you have no financial assistance (I never did either nor did my girlfriend did but she worked up to three jobs while doing uni w/ a dbl major and I worked all summers long + line of credit to pay through) but seriously! I've bought/built computers as cheap as $50 that are good enough to run most basic software, autoCAD, etc (and the software is easily found free). Look around, go on kijiji, do something and buy yourself even a modest used laptop or pc.
I know it must be hard and frustrating to need to use a public computer and have none available at times, but the power is in your hands to change things. Complaining on MI is not going to make all the popped collars who aren't even reading this site not go to Mills. If you don't have much time, get a night time job at a 24hr gas station. use the $$ to buy a laptop. Take the laptop to work and use it during work to do hw. If you don't have internet, use the rest of your paycheck to buy a mobile stick... Your options are probably not as limited as you think...

You mean complaining here wont get my problem fixed? I thought this is where Sally Williams watched for students in trouble before she swooped in all batwoman like and saved them?

The move has been made in response to student requests for more late night study space and means that the Library is open an astounding 51 extra hours a week! That's almost an addition of two days worth of studying time.
|
51 / 24 = 2.125. Almost two days? I guess we shouldn't expect a whole lot of mathematical competency coming out of Mills.

stupid mills. The flux of incredibly attractive women through the immediate perimeter is ludicrous. Why cant the universe just let me study? Back to my matrices...

Personally I'm more angry at the people who come to mills...and set up their laptop infront of the Macs...the desktops have been off for hours and they are just sitting there doing work on their OWN LAPTOPS!!!!!
