She probably didn't provide her e-mail address. The name is there though right? Maybe facebook it?

Hmm, maybe you don't have an assigned roommate yet, there's a ton of people still cancelling their applications, and waitlisted people are still getting rooms as well

Why don't you try sending a message and introduce yourself? (if you're able to) She may have wanted to keep her email address private, but perhaps you can still send her a message.

Check this article: http://www.macinsiders.com/showthread.php?t=1722 2
It's essentially the same for every residence.

Does anyone know if we're allowed to have a microwave in our rooms in traditional residence? I didn't think we were allowed until I was on the move in page, and it says that Coldex rents out fridges, TVs, and microwaves. So are students in single rooms allowed to have a microwave? Thanks
here's the link to where I saw that: http://housing.mcmaster.ca/Residence...ovein2009.html

They may rent out microwaves to people living in Keyes and Bates but in the residence agreement is says that microwaves aren't allowed in traditional rooms.

Yep.
Microwaves are available in the common rooms, along with toasters, kettles, ovens, and can openers.
Although I did get away with a toaster oven in my dorm my first year.

It says we need government issued photo ID to get our keys. I have a question: What if someone can't get photo ID by move in? Will they not be able to get their keys and move in?
