It's not really a concern, but what size are the beds in residence?

They're just your standard single beds. If you're over 6'2" (like me), you'll have to apply for a bed extension.

I believe so, as long as it's back to normal in April!

Yes, you are allowed to rearrange the furniture in your rooms. You'll have to put it back to the way it was when you first moved in at the end of the year before you move out. So don't forget how it looked like before .

Food such as granola bars, cereal, instant noodles. Bring a pot for the instant noodles. Also bring utensils, if I go back to my room after purchasing food, I would rather use my own utensils that aren't plastic and that don't break so easily.
Don't forget your beddings and pillows as well as laundry detergent and softener. Bring some hangers to hang your clothes.

Bring lots of quarters for laundry! I believe it's $1.25 for each machine. And flip flops for showering, and also slippers if you want for walking around the floor in.

Yep, it was 1.25 per machine, but a warning to some people: I don't know about the other residences, but in Hedden, I was dishing out 1.75 for the dryer every time because my clothes NEVER got dried with just 1.25.
And definitely slippers. Walking around your res/doing the laundry is way better in your slippers than in your shoes.
