You did not live in the yellow wing of second floor. Brutal. Especially on Wednesdays.

Interesting.

I lived in the orange wing of 4th floor. Perhaps fourth floor was the really quiet floor, or at least the orange wing was.

You should have enough room for all your stuff but they aren't that big. I suggest you go take a tour of them on welcome day to get a feel for how much stuff you can bring.

It actually depends on which room you get becuase I found that some rooms are bigger than others even though they are all in the same suite. Like syaseen_360 said you should take a tour to get a relative idea of the size range.

My bathroom last year was as big as my room at Bates . Bates rooms are small, especially if you get the 'A' room.

yeah if you get the C room, then you're in luck, you get these awesome shelves, and you can actually move your bed in between the heater and the closet wall...opens up your room so much!

If you get room D it's normally the biggest, it is more square than the other three rooms. But the beds are really high off the ground (At least in the rooms I saw) so you have plenty of storage underneath.

I always wondered why they made the rooms different sizes especially since we all pay the same.

Well, the buildings were all made at different times by different architects :p

Ohhhhh. Probably because whoever designed it ran into a whole bunch of unexpected problems with the original design while building it, and had to make random changes here and there.
