Banzai: Oh, Scar, it's just you.
Shenzi: We were afraid it was somebody important.
Banzai: Yeah, you know, like Mufasa.
Scar: I see.
Banzai: Now that's power.
Shenzi: Tell me about it. I just hear that name and I shudder.
Banzai: Mufasa!
Shenzi: Ooooh! Do it again!
Banzai: Mufasa!
Shenzi: Ooooh!
Banzai: Mufasa, Mufasa, Mufasa!
Shenzi: Ooooh!
[breaks into laughter]
Shenzi: And it tingles me!
Scar: I'm *surrounded* by idiots.

Your ability to quote Lion King is on par with my ability to quote Gladiator. Props.

Man, Lion King was Epic. I might sound old when saying this, but all the kids movies coming out these days? Complete crap. I'm genuinely surprised when a Finding Nemo or Wall-E comes out.

And it's awkward because you don't want to say "Stop talking to me!" :/
you can just tell them to "wait, let me listen"

by the way, @topic:
I was in this econ class on wednesday, two girls were giggling and talking behind me. I was using my laptop for the slides and to take notes...
I typed "SHUT UP!!!" in huge letters on my screen
they never spoke again

So last year for my Sociology tutorial I had to do a group presentation about Racial and Ethnic relations. I was talking about one of the theories behind ethnic relations with the idea that people like to seek out others of their kind.

The validity of those theories are debatable, but I just kinda had to point out that every other Asian in the class was kinda grouped together in the center of the classroom (some of them don't even know each other), and everyone else was more spread out but all still on the left side of the classroom a little segregated from the Asian group.

.... Yeah, I don't have many interesting stories... v___v

Asians on campus are always hanging out together... I might even to go so far as to suggest that Asians on campus tend to hang out exclusively with other Asians moreso than other ethnic groups tend to hang out exclusively with others of their own background.

I'm not going to argue that seeing as there are like 50 Asian clubs and an Asian version of every other club out there.

OMG Y U BEIN SO RAC9IZT HOW DAIR [email protected][email protected]!oNE!!!

I've noticed that too. Especially when they speak the same language. Kinda irritates me sometimes... For example, I'm in a group for our marketing project and there's two asians... and they go off talking to each other in mandarin right in the middle of it! Would be nice to know what they were saying half the time. Considering we agreed no personal stories/conversations during group meetings... not like us english speaking people do it. Bah. /endrant.
