Hahaha, it's not like I am asking for myself. I realize I have no dating "skills", my tactic is to sit there and try to look pretty so some predator will swoop down and snatch me up. Honestly from my experiences just treat everyone, including the ones you are interested in, normally and with respect like a friend. Then I bet from friendships if something clicks or your friendship deepens with a lady then something can come out of it. You never know if a girl will turn up who has a same interests and likes as you so just strike up a convo and be cool.

I dont subscribe to the archaic gender roles people cling to as a way of giving themselves comfort as opposed to being a human being. It's called equal rights. If women can sit around doing nothing waiting for some man to approach them, then I can sit around waiting for a woman who isnt a total gender roles sheep to approach me. I guess there just arent enough women who arent total slaves to how they need to act to display their social genitalia. I guess some woman just needs to nut up and approach me.
