Hey guys,
I just purchased a MacPass online, however I clicked process transaction twice, thinking that the first one did not go through. Now I think I'm going to be charged twice for the MacPass, is there a way to reverse the second transaction? Thanks!

Contact the FYEO and ask if you were billed for two. Then they can tell you what the steps are to alleviate the problem.

Ooh if you have an online banking page, you can also check how much they withdrew from your account, maybe that would be easier before contacting them about a refund.

Don't you pay with a credit card and not your banking card?

Yep, but you can access your credit card from the banking online page as well. If you have it set up that is.

That's true. If you don't, you should still be able to access your credit card information via the credit card company (By company I'm technically meaning the bank, like BMO Mastercard or PC Mastercard.)

Yepp exactly. It would be better to make sure that you paid twice before contacting the FYE office and asking for a refund only to find out you weren't charged twice!

I think you have to change it... call the FYE department (ext. 26691 or e-mail: [email protected])

That's actually a good question. You may want to e-mail/call someone to confirm. Were you given a little brochure or an e-mail to contact in case you had questions?
The reason why they ask for what residence you are in is because they need to know which t-shirt to give you in your swag bag.
