MacInsiders should make its own SOLAR.

If a course that I need is full, who do I contact so I can plead my case and hopefully open up a spot for me?

You should contact the department that the course belong to.

Thanks that was really informative.
All this time when I was reading through this thread I was thinking, "Well, we might have it slightly easier" and now I wish I had never posted that because living blissfully ignorant seems nicer.
If it's such a flawed system, could we as students petition or appeal for a better one?
I know launching something new or making all these improvements would be time consuming and costly but if we can now read MRI's on phones, perhaps it could be possible to do so without having it wraught with bugs.

Yes, students can petition to get something done. They bring their issues to their SRA reps, who will lobby on their behalf.
Of course, students first need to contact their SRA to get the ball in motion.

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. I think they are independent because I was on SOLAR after the 45minutes since I logged into Mugsi. However, you should note when you log into Mugsi. It sucks when you are trying to get onto SOLAR because it doesn't tell you your time has expired until you are in SOLAR.

A long time... usually after 2 things slow down. It'll most likely still be full, but it'll be easier to get in.
Just keep trying. If you need a break take one but I suggest trying at 45minute intervals. Start at 12:45, then 1:30. Try really hard for like 10 minutes.
