No, it won't be an issue. Just remember to label your stuff in both cars.

Your parents pull up to one of the residences as you sit nervous in the back seat. Suddenly from afar, a red-suit notices the red fireball paper thing in your car window, which indicates you're an engineer. Then out of no where, approximate **OVER**9000 red-suits run up and start dancing around your car singing songs and banging on your windows as you lay curled up in a fetal position wishing it would stop.

They then drag you out of your vehicle and carry you away as you thrash about in terror, while everyone else lulz.

Sounds like some serious business.
All of this is true, and it's amazing! If you are in engineering MAKE SURE you have that fireball paper on your windshield. I forgot mine in my first year and have regretted it ever since.

Reading all these posts have made me EXTREMELY excited (more so than I already was) to be taking part in frosh week again! 4th year and counting baby. Best week of the year and it NEVER get old! (even if I do...)

I don't think it's that bad, just one more person you have to take into consideration before you do stuff. I'm sure they're just as concerned about this as you are, and they'll probably be really nice people

My dad doesn't want to put it on the dash because he thinks the engineers will be too rowdy and mess up the car. o.O

What do they do if you have the paper?

Yeah it's a fireball identifying you as an engineer.

As far as I know, it's just the engineers that do that.

Dont worry about it. Eng reps work really hard all around campus to do a lot of moving - often we empty a car by the time other reps are just done singing their songs. A fireball sign makes us happy/excited and we sing one of our eng cheers while moving you in, too.

I enjoyed it ^^

We used to have to print them ourselves (in my first year.. 06!) but now they mail them out so we can properly introduce you

Don't worry, we're not like vandals or anything!!!

We will be rowdy yes. Damage your car? No.
Having the engineering paper on your windshield just lets all of us know that a new engineer has arrived at mac so that we can give them a faculty catered welcome
